chore: update node_modules with new binary files and dependencies

- Add new binary files for nodemon, onnxruntime-web, and xenova/transformers
- Update various JavaScript and TypeScript files in node_modules
- Remove unused files and dependencies
- Add new test fixtures and documentation files
